Murray & Roberts Steel, a Murray & Roberts Group company actively transforms the rebar industry and promotes modern, organised, safe and green solution. To this extend Research & Development has necessitated substantial investment in reinforcing assembly and continuous stirrup applications. These processes simplify and automate reinforcement fabrication and installation both off & on site in the construction environment.

Murray & Roberts Steel provides expertise in the manufacture, fabrication, supply and installation of rebar, reinforcing mesh, post tensioning and strata control products. We service the construction, civils and mining industries through these innovative products and services.

Murray & Roberts Steel has recently supplied reinforcing solutions to major construction projects undertaken in South Africa including the Gautrain Rapid Rail Link, GreenPoint & Peter Mokaba Stadiums, as well as the Medupi Power Station and Ingula Power Pump Station. The Green Building Council of South Africa’s five-star environmental rating is sought to be achieved at the prestigious Villa Mall which was also supplied by ourselves.
