TRAINING: ADMISSION CONDITIONS:

Pre-payment is required for all courses and training events listed on the website under the education and training section. No booking will be confirmed without proof of payment. The registration form must be sent together with the proof of payment. Please note that no delegates will be allowed to the event without proof of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY I.R.O. TRAINING EVENTS:

The full fee is payable if cancelled less than 5 working days prior to the event. Delegates who registers after the cancellation date is also liable for the full fee should they cancel. Please ensure that you receive a cancellation fax.

Delegates booking and not attending will be liable for the full fee. Substitute delegates are welcome but names must be advised on a company/department letterhead.

An administration fee of 10% is charged in the event of cancellation.

SAICE reserves the right to cancel the course in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

If a foreign delegate cancels, he will be responsible for any currency fluctuation losses incurred as a result of the said cancellation.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

SAICE will only accept credit card payments for registration purposes. At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorisation is obtained for the order. If such authorisation is not obtained, the order will be cancelled. If authorisation is obtained, payment in respect of the order will be collected immediately.

BOOKS AND TRAINING MATERIAL: RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

If a product is damaged or incorrectly supplied to you, you must notify us within 21 days of dispatch of the items. We will arrange for our courier to collect the product and we will pay for the return shipping. We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier or mail it to you free of charge.

If another copy of the same product is not available, SAICE will refund the full amount of the purchase price.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of placing it. SAICE will refund credit card payments after the funds has been cleared by the relevant bank.

Once SAICE receive your returned item, you will be refunded as soon as SAICE has verified that everything is in order.

PRICING:

The pricing of each product is displayed with the product listing in South African Rands.

Delivery charges differ depending on a variety of factors, including product type, price, weight, as well as whether delivery is to be made within, or outside the borders of South Africa.

IMPORT/EXPORT DUTIES:

Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries and are for the account of the importing customer. Each customer is responsible for determining whether any such levies are payable, and if so, the amount thereof.

SEVERABILITY:

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition or term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

JURISDICTION:

By accessing this site, the user consents to the South African law and the jurisdiction of the South African Courts governing any action that may arise in respect of the user’s use of this site.

SAICE respects the laws of the country and as such encourages full adherence at all times.
